Independent Peer - Government Studies and Long Term Evaluations - Conclusions pertaining to ETM TRT's Clinical and Strategic Applications - Conducted during the years 1990 - 1992 and 1992 - 1994 by, respectively, the:

 

                           Department of Defense PTSD Independent Study of ETM’s Clinical and

                        Management  Approach to Psychological Trauma and PTSD:

                         Comprised of 15 Senior Officers (Clinical Professionals Individually) Representing 

                         the Primary Research, Educational and Treatment Institutions for the

                         Department of Defense and Military to include Interservice

                         Educational and Medical Centers at Walter Reed Hospital, Washington, DC.,

                         at Fort  Sam Houston, Brooks Burn Treatment Center (San Antonio, TX), the US

                        Army's 82nd Airborne and Chaplains Educational Facility, Fort Campbell, KY, US   

                        Army's Educational Facility, NJ, and approximately 5 other Military

                        Service Organizations Representing the United States Marine Corps,

                         US Airforce, US Navy and US Coast Guard. 1990-1992.

                         Evaluation results recognized ETM TRT to be the "only complete trauma

                         management program in the nation!" "A program of integrity!" and ending with

                         "The authors deliver on all their claims."

                         Texas Education Agency: presentation Results and Recommendations, September 4, 

                         1994, conference regarding independent evaluation of Clinical and Strategic ETM

                         TRT for application to 1057 School Districts statewide. 6000 senior Education  

                        Management Personnel (Superintendants, Principles, Counselors and etc.,) attended

                         the conference. The independent study's leadership publically distinguished

                         ETM TRT as the "best trauma and crisis management system available nationwide."

                        The report recommended that "every Superintendant, Principal, Counselor and

                         medical professional in every Texas Independent School District," which totalled

                         approximately 25,000 senior educational professionals, "be trained and

                         certified in ETM TRT."
